These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PAWZILLA website and wholesale services. By contacting us or placing an order, you agree to these terms. PAWZILLA is a brand of a Yiwu-based pet products wholesale business operating out of Yiwu International Trade City, Zhejiang, China.
All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly. We strive to ensure all information is accurate but do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free.
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are wholesale (EXW/Yiwu) unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms: typically 30% deposit via T/T before production, 70% before shipment. For small orders, full payment in advance may be required.
MOQ varies by product and is specified on each product page. We reserve the right to adjust MOQ based on production requirements. For OEM/private label orders, MOQ is typically higher (500-1000 pieces).
Shipping terms are specified at time of order. We can arrange sea freight, air freight, express delivery, and Amazon FBA prep services. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
Wholesale products are sold AS IS. Returns are only accepted for defective products (confirmed by photo/video evidence) within 7 days of receipt. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer — please inquire for specific products. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
PAWZILLA and HELLOMICKEY are our registered brand names. Unauthorized use of our brand names, logos, or product images is prohibited. OEM/private label products: buyer is responsible for ensuring their brand does not infringe on existing trademarks.
PAWZILLA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China.
